Path2Pastor is a tool for the local church to use in discipling men to the point that they are effective pastors. It is an aid to the local church to accomplish 2 Timothy 2:2. This program has identified three phases that many will go through in their path to the pastorate. Although paths have their own unique aspects, this program seeks to help the local church accomplish the task of mentoring pastors.

Three things are necessary to accomplish this goal:

A man — A Man

willing and able to be in the pastoral ministry

A church — A Church

willing to invest in the growth process

A Pastor

willing to put the time and effort into mentoring
